Cory Russell is a cultivator and educator with expertise in large-scale cannabis cultivation methods, retail cannabis operations and has considerable experience in a variety of profit and non-profit roles. He holds a diploma, in Horticulture, focusing on Cannabis Production and Quality Assurance from the University of Guelph and completed a review of the worldwide large-scale cannabis facilities challenges and successes to date. He is an established cannabis-nerd, podcast producer, and has completed cannabis crops for research and consumption in several countries, including Canada, Colombia, Portugal and the United States of America.

His finished products have been featured in the highest THC and terpene content levels across all markets, recreational or medicinal. To complement his cultivation achievements and educational journey, he is also a Board Member for local volunteer organizations certified in specialty youth education conducting several classes and has served as an adjudicator for regional tournaments. He comes with an extensive network of connections within the cannabis industry and serves as a Principal Managing Partner of Resinate Cannabis Inc. in Canada.

His previous professional and academic positions over the last two decades encompass both regulatory and business management, and he is skilled in advising and coordinating multiple concurrent projects. He is passionate about Cannabis science and facilitating consistency in the cannabis industry.
